Ukulele
I have been building ukulele's with my design since the beginning (2014). These images are some of my most recent customer builds.  The tuning and scale length is the same as any ukulele with a beautiful shell shaped back added. Giving it more comfort with it's roundedness. They are made with quality woods and top notch parts. The sound is, . . well check out the Video page and hear it for yourself.

The Root

My original idea that got me building these instruments.

The Root was a fretless four or five string instrument that can be played with a bow or strum. I have also now done fretted, various scale length and tuning. The best setup to use with the bow is my four string setup,  That uses a mountain dulcimer type tuning. Where the two high strings are doubled (Course).

Best scale length vary from 17" to 21"

The Root is a great experimental instrument, that allows one to explore many sounds annd as a added bonus, all my instruments have quality pickups installed, so once plugged in another whole world of  soundscape opens up.
